'POLICIES'
All reservations and agreements at “The Belle” for events as contracted are subject to
the rules and regulations which also includes the following:
ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY:
•The sale of alcoholic beverages or BYOB at “The Belle Banquet Facility” is strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages may be served by your bartender at no charge to guests who are at least 21 years old.
•“The Belle” reserves the right to close all bars or refuse service to any guest should management deem it necessary. State law prohibits leaving the premises with alcohol. Guests are responsible for glassware, ice, napkins, and other condiments. However, a corkage fee per event will apply for all bar rentals.
DAMAGES:
•The contracting customer is responsible and shall reimburse “The Belle” for any damages, loss, or liability incurred by any of the customer’s guests or any persons or organizations contracted by the customer for services or goods before, during, or after the event.
SIGNS AND BANNERS:
•No signs, posters, banners, decorations, or printed material will be allowed to be pinned, taped, or affixed in any way to doors, walls or ceilings. Please note that we do not allow confetti, rice or sequins. Any breach of this policy will result in a charge for damages and/or clean up expenses. Please see management for permissible materials that may be allowed.
OFF-PREMISE CATERING:
All food must be prepared off-site and leftovers completely removed once the event is completed. All caterers are responsible for bringing all needed supplies. No cooking appliances are available. Any excessive clean-up maybe charged to the contracted customer and/or caterer. Caterers have to be approved by “The Belle” and agrees to pay a “kitchen and facility use fee”.
YOUTH EVENTS:
Youth events involving groups under 21 years of age are required to contact “The Belle” to obtain additional information regarding booking an event.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:
•A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $500 is required with a signed contract. All deposits will be applied to the final bill.
•Organizations that are tax-exempt must provide a copy of their TN tax exemption certification form before completion of a signed contract.
